This Agreement governs participation in Open Advisory Hours offered by Kathy Gledhill LLC.

By booking an Open Advisory Hours session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.

Nature of the Session

Open Advisory Hours consist of a single, one-hour advisory conversation offered at no cost. Each session stands on its own and does not create an ongoing advisory, coaching, consulting, employment, or fiduciary relationship. No outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Scope of the Conversation

The session is intended to provide perspective, insight, and a structured conversation around a professional or leadership-related issue. It does not include follow-up work, written deliverables, or continued support unless separately agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

The conversation will be treated as confidential. Kathy Gledhill LLC will not disclose information shared during the session except as required by law.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials discussed during the session.

Responsibility for Decisions

You understand that the session is advisory in nature. Any decisions or actions you take before, during, or after the session are your sole responsibility.

Open Advisory Hours do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathy Gledhill LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in Open Advisory Hours.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kathy Gledhill LLC from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of or reliance on the Open Advisory Hours session, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

​

No Obligation

Participation in Open Advisory Hours does not obligate either party to enter into a future engagement. Any additional work would require a separate agreement.

Recording

Recording of the session by either party is not permitted without prior written consent.

​

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acknowledgment

By booking an Open Advisory Hours session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement.​
